ORDERS

If we receive your order before 4pm Monday to Friday, it will be packed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be packed and posted the following business day. Friday afternoon, weekend or Bank Holiday orders will be sent on the following working day.

Subscription Orders
Subscriptions are dispatched every week or month from the date of your subscription order. Subscription orders include free delivery. (UK delivery only.)

SHIPPING

You will be able to choose your preferred delivery method during the checkout process. We currently only use the Royal Mail. Charges are as follows:

Mainland UK

Subscription orders include delivery costs: Royal Mail 1st Class

For orders under £7: Royal Mail 1st Class = £2.50

For orders over £7.01 - £60: Delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class (signed for) = £5.95

For orders over £60+ : Delivery is Royal Mail 1st Class (signed for) = £6.95

For all orders: Delivery is Royal Mail tracked 48 hour = £6.95

Mainland UK includes Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

European Union - All European deliveries are currently suspended 

For orders under £100: Royal Mail European Parcel = £15

For orders over £100; Royal Mail European Parcel = £30 

Gift Cards
If a gift card by post is part of a larger order, the card will be included in the same parcel. If it is purchased separately, it will be posted out via Royal Mail first class, free of charge. You can choose your gift recipients address at the checkout.

If you have ordered a gift card to be sent by email this will be sent to the email address given at the checkout shortly after your order has been confirmed.

Royal Mail Deliveries
Deliveries made by Royal Mail arrive between 7am and 7pm on a non-tracked service. The 1st Class service is intended to arrive within 24 hours of shipment but is not a guaranteed service and can take up to 2 days. Please note that Royal Mail does not accept delivery notes (eg. please leave with a neighbour) and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

Royal Mail offers a reliable service but there will occasionally be deliveries that are delayed. While we will do everything possible to keep this from happening or to rectify the situation, there will be times with things are outside of our control. Please call us in these instances and we will do our best to help put things right.

Subscriptions
Royal Mail 1st Class shipping is included in the price of subscriptions.

RETURNS

We really hope you’re happy with your coffee, tea and equipment and don’t have any need to return it! But if anything is wrong with your order, please let us know straight away and we will arrange a return or exchange.

Payments are securely processed via Wix Payment and Paypal.
